You can bet all the rings on your fingers, that everything in that agreement was agreed to and signed by all parties.

But, when you read the agreement it’s quite clear that it was a capital raising agreement. The agreement also defined the size of stake for each party. However, because of the change in the leadership at Falcon, the details for how and where the raised capital will be spent haven’t been worked out yet. Obviously, this is the reason why we don’t have a closing date for this agreement to date.

So, I would think that Mr. Robert Macaulay is quite busy right now to complete this agreement.
