Current Chairmanship even with its limitation remains to be not only a simple moderating within the frameworks of permanently operating advising formats, but also it anticipates serious political work, solution of a number of urgent political, diplomatic, professional and communicative issues. And for Hungary as well as for Poland, the Chairmanship has also a representative, image importance.”
