Did the private placement close or not? Simple question actually. If it did, for how much? Again, if it closed, don't need a spin doctor to say for how much? Another simple question. If it did not, for how long is it extended? another simple question. All of these questions are material fact, and should not require an approval for release. Unless somehow the data is in the process of manipulation, facts are facts.

That's all I'm saying.

As far as how much I've made or not is not relevant. I am currently a shareholder which is relevant. This too is fact.
