The fact is, I have followed your advice. I have called the falcon hotline as instructed by you with your infinite wisdom and experience. I have asked the questions and pondered the responses. The significant difference in what the moral to your story and this have, is that Charles Blondin backed up his remarks with action, not hipe. He actually performed his skills and talents, with witness' surrounding him. I have been calling FO weekly, in an attempt to discover a time frame in which a very simple response, a validation of fact, is being requested. I am not inquiring about the issues that need time to evolve, rather, a meer statement of fact. If the private placement closed on July 31,2010, 3 weeks ago, how many shares were sold. That information is now what forms a record. If indeed the closing was extended, that is also significant news, at which point my question would wait another day. Had my requests been responded to in a fashion that would suggest another 5 months before an answer could be offered due to an extension of time......I have much patience. Unfortuneately, I was told in three successive calls that a release would be offered next week. The first such response was three weeks ago, next week is week 4. I suppose my thoughts would be different if the track record...10 years.....indicated something other than it does. I guess "next week" is time that has no limits express or implied. While I am cautiously optimistic on this stock and its potential, I am not impressed by those that establish a time frame and fail to abide by the lines they have set.

Having said all that, I am guilty of the same because I suggested that I'd see you again on the other side of 35 cents. PED.
