I think Scotia should adapt a new slogan:

Scotia tenaciously have been buying all year. To date, they are net buyers for 14,460,823 shares. So, they are smarter than we think.

By the way, Canadian Business thinks that Scotia's stock is one of the 10 stocks to grow old with :)
