I think if Australia comes back with a glimmer of hope -- there are so many people who have sold but keep coming back to see if anything is happening with this stock, that if other people start to buy -- they will buy quickly. Maybe we can have another run like in 2006 and I can retire since I've bought a ton of shares at 18 cents.

I have said all along 2012 was my decision point to continue or get out. I like the dates -- and feel the Florida housing market will still be depressed with all of that oil in the Gulf, and I can still pick up a place on the beach easy enough.
