Marco22 you may have a point, but, upon further navel gazing I noted that MAB released about 9.1 million shares March 3/10 in a private disposition.

Perhaps, the current Board and the Russians are placing pressure on MAB to resign and appoint a new CEO that is more compatible with XOM / XTO or other potential partners.
