Is it odd for Jennings to have bought over 500,000 shares in the last hour and 15 minutes of the day? Seems like they bought a lot in a short period of time, versus waiting for dips that seem to come and go over time.

Hopefully it is a positive HMMMMMMMMMMMMM?
