This reminds me of the many Penny Stock Alerts I have gotten in the past. They always seemed to be last ditch efforts to attract investors since my follow up on those stocks (which thank god I never bought) showed a loss afterwards or gone.

I ,as much as anyone else, hope he is right but I wish I heard it from a better source.
