I agree. Burlingame and Avalar could have called a special meeting and nominated their own directors months ago if they had wanted to. So why now? Something must have triggered them to do this. Was it the Australia deal? Who knows. Perhaps they simply didn't like one or both of the new directors that have been recently nominated by Falcon.

At least we don't have to wait 60-90 days to see how this part of the story is going to play out.
