Burlingame stated that they and Renova were going to vote NO to the list of BOD nominees, and submit their own list of nominees. If they had the majority vote, that would mean there is now a new list of nominees, not a new BOD. Therefore, I would think another vote would be required, and thus another mailout to all shareholders who would then have a chance to vote yes or no to the new list.
