I was told by the agent that the non votes are left upto the Chairman to determine if the votes will be counts.

At the time of the meeting, the motion had not be presented to ask for the non votes shares to come into play.

The only votes that will be counted will be the ones for or against.

The determining swing votes if used would have to be directed by Dr Szabo, the curent Chairmnan of the Board.
