Well, I don't really think that they will say NO to all, but I would expect a couple of changes that's for sure.

“The Investor has discussed with Solitor Holdings Corp., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Renova Industries Ltd, (together with the investor. the “Co-operating Shareholders” their intention with respect to Falcon’s annual shareholders meeting scheduled for December 10, 2009, and both have indicated a current intention to vote the shares they hold in favour of replacing some or all of the Falcon’s current directors with nominees nominated by one or more of the Co-operating Shareholders at the meeting.”
