Developing large acreage positions of unconventional and conventional oil and gas resources
Great find. Thanks for posting it.
All I can say is, if they are determined to raise $50 million, then this way seems better than printing another 385 million Falcon shares.
From my understanding, anyone buying into this placement has to believe that the Beetaloo Basin is currently worth a quarter of a billion dollars. Back in 2006, investors believed the Mako was worth over a billion. Can Bruner do it again? I can hear him now...."Folks, I'm absolutely convinced that within a few months, the Shandoah-1 will be tied into the sales line producing gas. We've got ourselves a walk-off home run".
Good luck!
