JustRetired/Corona/Anoroc...Experienced CEO's such as Mol's Hernadi Szolt don’t spill the beans before it is time in an off the cuffremark. It just does not happen.

He will not undercut Exxon, weeks, months before a decision has to be made. There is no gain in that.So why would Mo’s CEO make such remark. It is called a negotiating stance.

For one Hungarians are a proud and sincere people who have been sandwiched between western european, eastern/asian, moslem, Christians, Russians and Nordic polish-lithuanian cultures for hundreds of years. Hungarians, when it comes to negotiating are second to none. They learned from the best in their very troubled history, and remained a unified people and culture through it all. Hernadi is beginning the negotiating, and his first stance is tough. My way or the high way, he implies. No Anoroc, he is not saying they will not continue. It is too early for that.Besides, he is grinning, even smiling, from ear to ear. He does not look like someone ready to walk away.

I can see it can be depressive to watch one’s investment go down as it has. When we come out of this one, just promise to never touch another bit of free cheese at knight.
