If one goes through the old pictures ( July 09) of HOD 1 , the yellow chinese equipment can be seen in the right background corner also.

I never found it connected to anything else,it is just resting there in the corner behind the security entrance container and must be very difficult and heavy to transport.

(BTW: No wonder you have not seen such an (orange) Vac truck before,it was driving close to the fence from the outside to empty the cesspool where all the containers are connected with westpipes. The moment I tried to take pictures from the yellow something,the truck came along.)
