According to your questions I can certainly recommend the recent postings of John and Lanman as the best answers to your questions available in the moment.The odds are still the same as ever,I would say 50 : 50 % .Many on the other boards are sure about XOM s walking away and an appropriate announcement in Jannuary 2010.

I personally do not hesitate to say that I will be holding on without loading more,taking the risk of even losing more bugs in the few weeks ahead of us.......
