"Falcon has recommended additional fracture stimulations at 3,942 and 3,906 meters. The Company believes that the remaining capital within the Initial Work Program budget is sufficient to complete this testing".
This wording may be key for any real hope of Exxon continuing with the project. If Falcon has recommended "additional fracture stimulations" - then the only entities they could be recommending this to would be Exxon/Mol which seems to indicate that the JV may still be alive at this point in time.
