One could read the release as positive, wow, another great jv partner! or negative, once again FO is going to have to relinguish a good part of its assets to make this work. Finding diamonds is great but if you constantily have to give up 75% of it to get it poished and cut for market...well....

Actually, the important part is to find that diamond. Many junior companies set out to find that so called big play, but 90% of them fail to come with it. Falcon did accomplish that, and by the looks of it they may have a second big play on their hand.

Also, there is nothing unusual about a junior hooking up with a large company to develop a very large and difficult play like the Mako trough. I thought you should have known quite a bit about this since you have the 'relations' with Exxon.
