Thanks to all for some input on my post. Agree or disagree, this is what makes a good discussion board.

Another point for discussion. One could read the release as positive, wow, another great jv partner! or negative, once again FO is going to have to relinguish a good part of its assets to make this work. Finding diamonds is great but if you constantily have to give up 75% of it to get it poished and cut for market...well....
