Any announcement in the near future by BMO Capital and Merill Lynch regarding strategic partners will give the SP a nice boost, just like April 2008 when Exxon came on board. More partners on board adds more creedence to the entire project in Hungary. Get ready for the ride if this takes place. Square Eddie.
