From the "Production and Development Agreement" between FO, TXM and Esso Exploration April 10, 2008 it appears Exxon did not see the data room until September 17, 2007.

Confidentiality and Public Announcements. The Parties agree to terminate that certain Non-Disclosure Agreement between the Parties, dated September 17, 2007.
