Can I ask where this info came from? I don't recall seeing anything about a two-year moratorium. If you are tying this to the data room in June 2007, it is my understanding that XOM did not sign the NDA until the day before the AGM in Sept 2007 (17 or 18 - I forget) and I never heard of MOL signing one.
