The fact that Falcon has only managed to raise 12 million dollars so close to anticipated test results can't be viewed as much of an endorsement for this fledgling company.

I could not disagree more vitrik. This to me seems like 12 million beautifully green endorsements. In this market, with nothing but "upcoming testing" being the driving factor, I am quite pleased. Think about it like this: FO got back all the cash they put out for 75% of 7 million acres in OZ.
