Not convinced the money is only for Hungary

Falcon expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for development of its properties in Hungary and for general working capital, as determined and approved by the board of directors of the company.

This seems to leave the door open to use the money on whatever they see fit, including Australia. Any thoughts?
