I suspect that at least part of the glorious excitement in the sp of FO today is due to the fact that all the Canadian exchanges will be closed on Monday for Queen Victoria's birthday. I imagine that some folks are afraid that good news may come out this weekend or on Monday and don't want to miss a move. On the other hand there may be some short covering if shorting is possible and anyone is silly enough to actually short this stock.
