A great summary, but I think some of the facts are incorrect. For example, this one:

pipeline will help meet Hungary's rising domestic gas needs.

The pipeline has been designed to flow gas in the other direction, although that could change
in the future. 

"After finalizing the development, at the beginning natural gas will be
transported from Hungary to Romania through the pipeline, however at a
later stage the parties may contemplate the creation of the technical
conditions for the transportation of natural gas from Romania to
Hungary through the pipeline."
