Indeed! Surely they could have come up with a more original name. Like HOD-2 :)

I assume from that statement that testing has not yet begun on the Hod-1. Could you give us a hint as to when you think that might happen?

That's for sure. I agree that since the geology is similar, a successful test of the Hod-1 will be very good for Falcon, but so would revenue from gas sales.

To remove any doubt as to the rules and regulations in regards to royalties and gas sales during flow testing, last year I emailed Dr. Baratosi of the Mining Bureau. This was her response:

"To flow gas from the wells in order to do well testing is a mining activity. The mining entrepreneur can sell the gas flowed at the base of approved technical operation plan, with obligation of royalty payment."
