Well the S&P report was wrong, they don't have 40 employees, they have 42!

As at December 31, 2008, Falcon, Makó and TXM together employed a total of 40 full-time employees and consultants, of which 13 individuals operated from the Company’s headquarter offices in Denver, Colorado and 27 individuals were located in Hungary, supporting administrative operations in Budapest and field operations in Szeged. As at April 29, 2009, Falcon, Makó and TXM together employed a total of 42 full-time employees and consultants, of which 15 individuals operated from the Company’s headquarter offices in Denver, Colorado and 27 individuals were located in Hungary, supporting administrative operations in Budapest and field operations in Szeged. In addition to these employees, the Company also retains consultants and other highly skilled professionals as needed for the Hungary Project and other aspects of its operations. None of the Company’s employees are part of a collective bargaining unit. Management believes that its relations with its employees are good.

This is also the first time they've mentioned the 'pre-existing agreement' in regards to Exxon assigning half of their interest to MOL

"Pursuant to a pre-existing agreement between ExxonMobil and MOL Oil
and Gas Plc (“MOL”) and ExxonMobil’s rights under the PDA, ExxonMobil sold one-half of its interest in the Contract Area to MOL, effective April 10, 2008."
