The drill contractor has their own pecking of workers, supervisors and managers on site, plus someone may even on the process of moving along to another rig. So hiring an extra hand to perform any of those tasks is a natural process. Also with tests coming soon they need someone to effectively communicate with XOM and the rig workers. I dont see anything negative in this add, are you suggesting the contrary?
