Or another rig perhaps? If I'm not mistaken, the MOL/Exxon wells are being drilled by Rotary Drilling. I don't think they are using a Czech rig....so notice the mention of 2 Czech rigs below. It also seems like Exxon is having language troubles :)

The Drilling Engineering Practice at Petroleum People has been engaged to fill a specialist position within an International oil and gas E&P company. This business is developing a large resource within an Eastern European location, drilling HPHT wells at depths of up to 5,000 metres from 2 Czech-supplied land-rigs. They have identified a requirement to enhance performance and safety in order to deliver more efficient results. This will be achieved through the immediate introduction of a Drilling Coordinator who will be responsible for facilitating communication and interaction between a western-based global energy company and the Czech contractors manning the rig.

In this role you will act as a central rig-site point of contact, conveying the operator’s drilling processes and HSE procedures to the contractor’s personnel, whilst monitoring and reporting on the subsequent activities. This is the critical element of the position and in order to be considered for it you MUST be able to speak fluent Czech and English. Applicants who cannot fulfill these criteria will be dismissed instantly.

The successful candidate will also have demonstrable on-site experience of land-based drilling and workover operations, a sound understanding of the technical equipment used and general knowledge of drilling HSE procedures. In return my client is offering a 21/21 rotational contract, with a package including a tax free $ day-rate, and the scope to develop the role through future drilling and workover projects.
