I dont recall any specific formula for temperature...for pressure, it's approx 1 psi per foot of depth. What we do know is that the Magy was about 4300 meters, and look at all the trouble they had with that well. It may not be 250C at that depth, but it's probably close. The 'shallow' wells are probably still as challenging if not moreso than North Sea HP/HT wells.
