They are going to need more pipelines, more BCGA's, and a couple of LNG ports.

They certainly do need more. Just so it happens the Pannonian Basin contains more than one. When you are looking at this European geological map, you will see that there are only about six areas in Europe that is rich in hydrocarbons. Hungary is right in the middle of one.
