this Agreement will increase demand by 16-19% by 2020 and raise gas prices relative to oil.I like the sound of this.No doubt this will also please the Russians and this is not likely to go unobserved either by Exxon and Mol.

As it will not go unobserved by the savvy investors either.

Speaking of the European Parliaments actions on climate control, it didnt go unobserved by the incoming US administration.
