Well, it seems they already have the funds. But it seems like a

small budget to drill 8 wells in 2009.. unless i'm reading it wrong?

They must like what they see from earlier drilling. 400 million barrels

of oil in possible pools , doesn't seem inviting at $40 oil, and the target

wells to either find oil or to define a tight gas basin ... do we

know what the technical plan is?
