Just the potential for "only" the lands that are 100% owned by Falcon would have been good enough to warrant a 20 cent share price a few years back!! Now we get it for free (if you don't count the $300 million spent fixing up the office of course!). Any positive results from the donut and the next test well, when the testing actually gets underway, and this big piece of real estate is going to have allot more significance. Falcon can either develop this piece on their own, or run a new JV, or float a new share issue for a new Hungarian division for the 100% lands, all at a much higher differential. Regards Paul
