I haven't gotten you and Pipe confused, PP, just that if your view pans out, it will be a pipedreim come true for me !! ...... And I tend to agree with your view, but many (and that sometimes includes me ) tend to think I am living in a fantasy land.

And I totally agree that the 23c share price is totally ridiculous, if indeed we know what we think we know. It does make me wonder........ can someone explain the 23c ???
