Actually, it is the other way around; it is a land that MOL holds that is surrounded by land that Falcon holds. The donut hole is that square piece of land where the caption says Mindszent-3. The history of the hole is not important anymore. Since the amendment to the PDA makes the entire Mako trough a unified play.
