I guess as we wait for the results of the Mindszent and also ours, Foldeak which will be spudded in Jan, we can therefore say that by spring - summer 2009, we will know where we stand on the IWP. I think both results may come at the same time and we may only see some movement in the sp as from feb 2009 as speculators /insiders await the forthcoming results. I therefore do not see much happening between now and then except for a positive turnaround with Buckskin.

All in all,we have the news release we were all expecting, not quite in the content but after all the complaining, I hope some will appreciate the communication and that positive steps have been taken to resolve the donut issue and any future litigations as the partner work together.

It is true that Falcon have had to retract somewhat on the cleverly negotiated deal with XOM in april, but given the current credit squeeze and low energy prices, we are still in the game despite these difficult times.

In the end it come down to the test results, we are still in a build-up stage and this build up is looking promising.
