when I was talking with the BMO analyst it sounded as though it would come from Exxon to which I asked would Exxon keep it a secret and his reply was he doubted that it would be kept a secret for 2 reasons. Firstly Exxon has mentioned the Mako trough to their investors so they would most likely want to keep them updated now that their investors know of the project. Secondly he said there are scouts for various investment firms watching the progress and it would be difficult to keep much secret if the scouts see the flares and testing going on. Not a definite answer but probably as close as we can get until we see who & when reports come.
