I think i might know why the stock is up even though gold was down Friday.In our recent webcast Tony M.had said they were about 71 meters into the main stope at the 650 level and only about 60 meters from the ore and would be into the ore by the end of August well I do have friends working on this level.P.S.(I am from TIMMINS 10 miles from the mine)and apparently they are into the ore already and the quartz vien that they are into is FULL of visable gold!!!Remember ,when they drill they can be 100 ft or two feet away from a main find and lots of time there is a ton of ore where they haven,t drilled yet!!My brother worked at the Dome mines back in the eighties and they were doing #8 stope and it was suppose to be waste rock but it was laced with gold and this stope alone paid for the whole stope and all the development of this level through out the mine so when you drill two hundred feet apart the middle could be loaded with gold.Hope that cheers up your weekend if the $3.46 closing didn,t.The DOG!! (wow this is what i am talking about. it also seems to trend toward our property..)
