Abitibi has produced more than 180 M ounces of gold and more than 450 Mt of Cu-Zn ore to date
Hi all,
I just posted this on the other board and wanted to share things here as well.

------------------------------------...Hi all,
I have been here since early to mid October and while I haven't posted much I do follow things closely, spoke with CD at the conference in Vancouver in January, talk to company regularly and have had a few PM's with MJ over the past few months.Anyways, long story short, I love pointing out the great things about a company (especially when they're undervalued), but sometimes like to be the devil's advocat and point out things to paint the clearest picture possible for all investors. Im not a basher and believe in this story like many of you here. I especially like the "free shots" we have leading up to Kid Creek and the Risk/Reward ratio EXS has with the # of irons in the fire.
I hope to contribute more on EXS and SH in general from here on out. My time as a spectator is over and feel it is time to contribute as much as possible in these tough times in the markets, because it is now that the winners will be seperated from the weak.
I would like to start with discussion on MJ's post on SH about POSSIBLE numbers for Eastford Lake IF we hit as expected.
For those who missed MJ's post on the numbers here it is.
"If you use the #2 hole's zone width (35 m) then you multiply 800 m (length of the geochem anomaly) by 800 m (depth of zone) by 35 m (width in hole 2) to arrive at 22,400,000 cubic m of ore. Then divide by a specific gravity of 2.9 to arrive at 7,724,137 tonnes times $173/tonne ore = $1.336 billion of insitu metal value. To arrive at the proper discount at which one could still buy EXS safely, you multiply $1.336B times 10% = $133.6M divided by 55M EXS shares o/s and you get $2.43 per share or roughly a 630% increase from current levels." MJ
So we could have over 12 Million OZ without a single hole back from the current drill program? I am not trying taking things out of context, because I know MJ clearly said POSSIBLE and IF, but just throwing around some numbers to contribute to the great dicussions here. Lots of drilling to prove up those kinds of numbers IMO, but at 95m/day at EL things could move along quite nicely if we keep that rig turning after the intial 6 holes are done.
Something to think about:
800M x 35M x 800M x 2.9 sp x 6.0 g/t divided by 31.1 g/oz = 12.53 million ozs of gold.
Cheers,
