Explor Resources sells Saskatchewan properties

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an arm's-length purchase and sale agreement, dated March 26, 2007, between Explor Resources Inc. and Randy Studer (the purchaser), pursuant to which the purchaser will acquire the Wedge Lake property (two claims), the Nistoassini Lake property (one claim), the Devil's Lake property (two claims), the Gem Zone property (one claim) and the West Side property (one claim). All properties being disposed of are located in Saskatchewan.
