Great info, and you are obviously very knowledgeable and have had some past success. I was wondering if you know where I can find a prospectus or more info on this IPO? I looked for the prospectus on www.sedar.com , but couldn't find it. Is the company going to IPO under a different name? I am from the West Coast and don't know if regulations are different in Quebec and Ontario vs. Alberta and BC, but every CPC or IPO I have looked into, a prospectus is found on Sedar.

Thanks for all this info it makes EXS very exciting further down the road when this company does in fact go public.
