Anyone else get the voting instruction form asking them to approve consolidation of one(1) share for every five(5) you own?

I absolutely hate consolidations and have never come out on top with any of the stocks that did consolidate, but somehow I'm hopeful that with this consolidation they will raise money to do something. MTS
