Unfortunately, your blog insinuates illegal activities are occuring without actually providing any evidence of the activities. If you provide the proof, I will allow your posts to stand as they are. Until then, you are just spewing unsubstantiated garbage.

If you do file with the BCSC and OSC et al as you've threatened, and they take action, I will also allow your posts to stand. My problem with you and your blog is that you've publicly stated that you require someone to do something, or you will go to the authorities with all the evidence that you have. See... there's a word for that. It's called BLACKMAIL. So, where's YOUR credibility if you have no problem resorting to blackmail? If you feel you have something, you are morally obligated to deliver it to the authorities without resorting to blackmailing someone else into resignation.

You saying something is true is not actually proof that something is true. I'm sure you'll find that I censor the BXX forums far less than some other forums. I will, however, censor you until the cows come home if you deserve it. I'm more than open to negative criticism that is based on something more than the nothing that you've provided.

PS: Before you try to say it, two people knowing each other is not proof that the fundamentals of a given project are invalid. It is not a crime that these two people know each other, if in fact they do.
