I was going to clarify that "they have the results" means that they have the "preliminary results" of the Titan survey as per the News Release. They indicate a timeframe of mid-September, but with as busy as we all know Elmer to be, I'm expecting the report to be publicized much later this year AFTER he's had time to scrutinize the results properly.

Personally, I'm tired of trying to figure out where mid-late September/Summer/Anything is. I'm sure Elmer will release all the information as quickly as he can.
