One of the riskier aspects of MIN is the trading volume - quite low. An average of about 100 000 trades/day on the Venture Exchange - works out to only a value of about $25,000 worth of trades a day. Today, only 500 shares traded at 2:30pm.

Such low liquidity makes it difficult to take (or sell) a larger position without impacting the share price.

Practically, it means news (like the release of the PFS last Spring) can easily move the share price quickly - great, if it's good news. In that case, volume takes over. But as I look to increase my position, I see that I'm going to be better off doing it incrementally.
