Yes, a share buyback would make sense at this time - but, it's too easy for the BOD to simply consolidate, THEN grant themselves options to rebuy their positions - as usual, the shareholders get stuck holding the bag - this is not the way to go.

A share buyback would send a strong signal to Bay Street.
