In the link that you provided, I reviewed the Corporate Presentation. I have read it a few times lately and each time I am reminded of something positive that had perhaps slipped a bit in my mind. This time I was reminded of the high percentage of shares held by the management team. They have a vested interest in obtaining a production level that can support paying dividends.

An easy read to get a lot of company info. Page 22 has the share structure.
